I’m Katie Miller—a Certified Mindset/Reset Coach, Theta Healer, author, podcaster, and founder of TASTYVisions, which stands for Take Another Step Towards Your Vision… because sometimes healing really does happen one step at a time.

Through my coaching and the Touched & Empowered Podcast, I help heart-centered individuals heal trauma, release emotional blocks, and reconnect with clarity—without reliving the past.
